Acceptance

By using BotBodega you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. These terms form a binding agreement between you and BotBodega covering your use of the site and any products you buy.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to purchase from BotBodega. By buying, you confirm you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

Products and delivery

Digital products are delivered electronically, typically immediately after purchase. You are responsible for meeting any third-party requirements listed on a product page (for example, an API key or a subscription to a platform such as n8n, Make, or Zapier). Review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Refunds

Because products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final unless a product is materially defective or does not match its description. If that happens, contact us and we will repair, replace, or refund it. This does not limit any non-waivable rights you have under applicable law.

Intellectual property

Products are licensed, not sold. Each product is licensed for personal or business use as specified on its product page. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publicly share products unless a product's license explicitly permits it. All BotBodega branding and site content remain our property.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site: no attempts to breach security, disrupt service, scrape at scale, or use products to generate unlawful, deceptive, or harmful content. We may suspend or terminate access that violates these terms or applicable law.

Disclaimer of warranties

The site and products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. AI-generated output can be inaccurate; you are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them. We do not guarantee any specific result, revenue, or business outcome from using our products.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BotBodega's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the site or products.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold BotBodega harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the site or products, or your violation of these terms or applicable law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the store evolves. When we make a material change we will update the date above. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute not resolved informally will be handled in the courts located in Delaware, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
