Content Publishing Pipeline

Drop a draft. Get a tone-edited, SEO-tagged, CMS-formatted piece queued for publish — without touching it again. Get started — join Bodega Pass

What it does

The Content Publishing Pipeline takes a draft you drop into a folder or Notion doc, edits it for tone and clarity, generates a title, meta description, and SEO tags, formats it for your CMS, and queues it for publish. You write the draft; the pipeline handles everything after.

The job it handles

Time saved

A typical editorial pass from raw draft to publish-ready takes 2–3 hours per piece: copyediting, SEO metadata, CMS formatting, and staging. The Content Publishing Pipeline does the same in under 10 minutes. At 4 pieces a week, that's a full workday back every week.

Common questions

Will the editing change my voice?
The tone configuration lets you describe your target voice: formal or conversational, technical or plain, long-form or concise. The pipeline edits within those parameters — it removes rough edges but keeps your style.
Can I review pieces before they go live?
Yes. You can configure the pipeline to queue pieces as drafts in your CMS so a human reviews before anything goes live. The setup guide covers both auto-publish and draft-queue modes.
Does it handle images?
The pipeline inserts image placeholder markup where relevant, but does not source or generate images. You add images in the CMS after the formatted draft arrives.
What source format does the draft need to be in?
Plain text, Markdown, or a Notion doc work best. Google Docs work via a Drive trigger. The setup guide covers how to prepare each source type.
