Lead Enrichment Pipeline

New lead hits your CRM. Enriched record — company data, LinkedIn info, recent news, ICP score — lands back automatically. Get started — join Bodega Pass

What it does

The Lead Enrichment Pipeline triggers when a new lead enters your CRM, pulls company information, LinkedIn signals, recent news, and relevant job postings, scores the lead against your ICP, and writes an enriched record back to the same CRM row. By the time a rep opens the lead, the research is already done.

The job it handles

Time saved

Manually enriching a lead with company data, LinkedIn info, and recent news takes 15–25 minutes per record. At 20 new leads per week, that's 5–8 hours of research. The Lead Enrichment Pipeline does the same work automatically — a rep opens the record and the research is already there.

Common questions

What data sources does the enrichment pull from?
The workflow pulls from publicly available sources: company websites, LinkedIn public data, news feeds, and job boards. It does not require a third-party data enrichment subscription — though you can add one if you already have it.
Does it write enriched data back to my CRM automatically?
Yes — the workflow writes enriched fields and the ICP score directly back to the CRM record. The setup guide shows exactly which fields to map in HubSpot, Pipedrive, and Airtable.
Can I use this with a CRM not listed?
Any CRM with an n8n, Make, or Zapier connector works. The guide covers the three most common setups; the enrichment steps are the same regardless of CRM.
How much does it cost to run?
At 100 leads per month, API costs run $3–8 depending on the model. The setup guide includes a cost estimate at different lead volumes so there are no surprises.
