Who this course is for
Solopreneurs, agency owners, ops managers, marketers, and founders who want AI working in their business — not a lecture on how it works. If you've used a spreadsheet and sent 50 emails, you have everything you need to start.
What you'll build
By the end of this course, you'll have at least one AI automation running in your actual business. You pick the job from a structured list of high-return starting points. You build it during the course. It's live before Week 4 ends.
Course structure
| Week | What you'll do | What you'll deploy |
|---|---|---|
| Week 1 | Map your repeatable work. Identify the one job that fits AI best: predictable input, consistent output, high frequency. Evaluate the five most common starting points for operators like you. | A shortlist of your top 3 AI use cases, ranked by expected return |
| Week 2 | Understand the tools. Know the difference between agents, workflows, and prompts — and which one fits your use case. Set up your AI provider account. | Your first prompt that produces usable output for a real work task |
| Week 3 | Build the automation. Use a pre-built workflow template as your foundation. Connect it to your tools. Test against real data before going live. | A live, connected automation running your chosen job |
| Week 4 | Run, review, and expand. Measure what it changed. Identify the second use case. Build a 90-day AI roadmap for your business. | A 90-day AI plan and a working automation already saving you time |

Common questions
- Do I need any technical background?
- No. The course starts from zero and avoids code entirely. If you know how to use a spreadsheet and can copy-paste a URL, you are ready.
- What tools will I use?
- You will use n8n, Make, or Zapier (your choice, all covered) plus an API key from OpenAI or Anthropic. The course covers setup for each option. n8n Desktop is free and works for the entire course with no cloud account required.
- What if I get stuck?
- Every exercise has a troubleshooting section covering the most common failure points. The community forum is monitored and members help each other. If something in the course is unclear, contact us directly.
- What does this course lead to?
- After completing this course, a natural next step is Build Your Own Agent for operators who want to take on a more autonomous AI job, or Automation Mastery for those who want to build across all three major automation platforms.
